We are the oldest Dive and Adventure Club in Auckland and longest continually running Club in NZ, starting out with a group of young spearfishing boys in 1953. The Club taking its name in early 1954. The NZ Dolphin Underwater and Adventure Club is an active Club with an interest in a wide range of dive and adventure related activities. The Club is also involved with environmental issues and helping out in a voluntary capacity where needed.
We are looking for New Members to join our friendly Club. We are a social Club and are always on the lookout for diving options to exciting destinations, including an overseas trip each year. We have Members with a range of experience levels and our interests extend to photography, promoting a love of the underwater environment, and learning from guest speakers invited to our meetings throughout the year. We are situated on the shore of Lake Pupuke, next to the Quarry. We therefore have ready access to two deep water diving sites for testing gear, training or just brushing up on your skills.

I will need help organising this special occasion and I need an indication from those that are likely to attend. Do you still have contact with past Members? If so please forward their details to me.
Keep Safe everyone, happy and safe diving.

As a club we promote a love of the underwater World and our Big Blue Back Yard by supporting Experiencing Marine Reserves. Please visit the below link. There is nothing like a family experiencing snorkelling for the first time, teaching them how to put on a mask and how to use a snorkel. Using boogie boards on the way out and coming back to shore on their own with new found confidence. We are always looking for more volunteers, check out the website below to find out how you can become involved.
